Orders are processed between 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Any orders placed outside of these times will be processed the next working day.

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order you may do so within 14 days starting the day after the goods were delivered. Should you wish to return them within this period please contact Puffin Hut by email or by telephone. Please note that as some products are for oral use, once used they cannot be returned, unless faulty. Any items returned for a refund must be returned in resalable condition with any seals intact where applicable. Unless faulty we cannot accept any unsealed E-Liquid returns for health and safety reasons so please make your selection carefully. Orders can be cancelled any time prior to shipping.
